The Master Class Series is a practical programme of artist development workshops for creative professionals facilitated by the country’s leading performing arts practitioners. The Hoipolloi Master Class reveals the secrets behind the improvisation and free play, which underpins the creation and development of every Hoipolloi show. Looking at the concept of truth, the session will involve Artistic Director, Shon Dale-Jones, showing both new and experienced practitioners how we might tell the truth while we are making things up. Using improvisation to see how the everyday could lead us towards the extraordinary, the workshop will look at the creative process, from behind the scenes to the finished product.
